Job Description: You are being sought after as an International Telesales Executive at Workassist, an online recruitment and employment solution platform based in Lucknow, India. Your role involves collaborating closely with clients to develop tailored web solutions. Your key responsibilities will include promoting and marketing the company's offerings to international clients, collaborating with clients to understand their website goals, target audience, and competitive landscape, building and maintaining relationships with clients, working on business-to-business website development and marketing processes, and engaging in outbound marketing efforts to attract and convert leads. As a Web Consultant, you will provide expert advice on website development, optimization, and digital strategy to ensure that clients' web presences align with their business objectives. The shift hours are from 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with a compensation range of 12,000 - 20,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and market the company's offerings to international clients. - Collaborate with clients to understand their website goals, target audience, and competitive landscape. - Build and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any concerns. - Work on business-to-business website development and marketing processes. - Engage in outbound marketing efforts to attract and convert leads. Qualifications & Skills: - Educational Requirements: Minimum of a higher secondary education (12th grade). - Communication: Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written). - Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members. - Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation and convincing skills. - Experience: Freshers are welcome, but prior experience in web-related processes is preferred.
