International sales and marketing manager

We are seeking an experienced International Manager (Sales & Marketing – Distribution) to lead global market development for Transmission Line Hardware. The role involves driving market penetration, enhancing brand presence, and building strategic channel partnerships across international regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international market expansion strategies.
• Identify and manage distributors, agents, and global partners.
• Localize marketing content and manage website localization with strong international SEO.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives (email, social media, paid campaigns) and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance & IT teams for alignment.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure compliance with market regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / International Business; MBA preferred.
• 5–6 years of international marketing experience.
• Experience in Transmission Line Hardware / Tower / Conductor / Insulator industry preferred.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, CRM tools, strategic planning, and data-driven execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
