Job Description: As a Customer Support Executive at Cogmex Technologies in Lucknow, you will be part of the International Voice Process (UK process) team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This role requires you to address customer concerns, manage complaints effectively, and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues promptly.
