International Recruitment Manager

As an International Student Recruitment Advisor/Ivy League Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance to students who are applying to top-tier global universities. You will be expected to strategize high-quality profiles for students targeting institutions such as Ivy League, Oxbridge, and other top 50 universities. Your role will involve handling the complete application cycle, including university shortlisting, mentoring students on SOP/LOR preparation, conducting interview preparation sessions, and assisting with visa processing. Additionally, you will be required to offer expert advice on scholarships, timelines, and documentation while serving as a strategic advisor for both students and their parents. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and demonstrate an exceptional command of the English language, both verbally and in written communication. Strong mentoring abilities, profile evaluation skills, and effective planning capabilities are essential for success in this position. Ideally, you should have 8-10 years of experience in international admissions counseling, with a proven track record of successfully placing students in Ivy League and other top global universities. A deep understanding of admission processes, scholarships, visa timelines, and application strategies across various regions such as the US, UK, Canada, and Europe will be highly beneficial. Your role will also require you to have the ability to guide high-performing students through competitive and nuanced admissions procedures.
