Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to design and implement talent acquisition plans.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
