International Patient Manager ( Hospital )

Responsibilities

1. Coordination between Doctor and Patients. Providing all required information to patients for making right decisions.

2. End to End support for International patients in Medical Opinion, Visa, Travel stages

3. Managing International Business Partners

4. Sending Emails and Maintaining Excel Tracker sheets

You will be working from our Corporate office and do all coordination work virtually. Meeting any Doctor or Patient physically is NOT required.

No Sales target.

We work Monday to Friday full day (time is flexible) and Saturday it's half day (till 3 PM).

Other Important Information

-Number of Candidates to hire: 2

Preferred Candidates: Working in Hospitals with any of following roles,

-PRO - Public relationship officer, Patient Coordinator, Patient Counsellor, Floor Manager, Billing Manager, B.Sc. Nurse

-Also should have good communication skills and willingness to learn.

-Immediate Hire or maximum of 1 month notice period.

-Salary: Minimum 30,000 in hand. Maximum: Based on interview performance, NOT based on years of experience.
