International Outbound Sales- Gurugram

You will be responsible for performing outbound calling to new and existing wireline residential customers, offering telecommunications products and services. Your main focus will be on building customer relationships by understanding their needs, recommending product selections, and uncovering their stories to ensure a personalized experience for each customer. In this role, you will be expected to use a solution-based selling approach to overcome customer objections by actively listening, understanding their concerns, probing for further information, and recommending suitable solutions. It will be essential to navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently while interacting with customers to provide a seamless experience. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in processing customers" orders accurately and ensuring their completion to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Continuous participation in training sessions and sharing best practices with your team will also be a key aspect of this position to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the outbound sales team.,
