International Outbound Process Associate!

We are hiring International Voice Process Executives to join our team at Climax BPM, Jaipur. This role involves engaging with UK customers over outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to business growth through effective communication.

Role & responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective international clients (UK) to introduce ClimaxBPM's services and drive lead generation.
• Conduct meaningful conversations to qualify leads, present solutions effectively, and meet or exceed conversions.
• Maintain and update customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system accurately.
• Overcome objections and nurture potential clients through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the team to align on messaging, pipelines, and strategies.

Job Title: International Voice Process Executive (UK) Company: Climax BPM Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (IST) Work Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed 05-day workweek) Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 in-hand + Performance-Based Bonuses & Perks . Experience

Freshers are preferred (0- 1 year). We welcome Freshers or candidates looking to kick-start their careers, especially those eager to learn and grow. Candidates with up to 1 year of related experience (voice/telesales/international calling) are also welcome.

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates and those pursuing graduation are encouraged to apply.

Communication Skills Strong spoken English proficiency, enabling effective communication with overseas clients. Soft Skills & Attitude Confident, adaptable, and client-focused with a positive attitude. Comfortable with results-driven outbound environment and open to feedback. Availability & Location Open to fixed shifts: 2 PM to 11 PM Monday-Friday. Preferably based in or near Mansarovar, Jaipur; daily commuting mandatory (office-based role).
