Export Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business by attending international exhibitions, trade shows, meeting clients, and building distributor networks.
  
• Lead sales across Europe and Asia, securing key accounts and consistently meeting revenue targets.
  
• Manage and motivate a high-performing international sales team, setting targets and tracking performance.
  
• Utilize lead generation tools (LinkedIn, trade shows, cold calling) and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  
• Conduct market research to develop country-specific strategies and overcome sales objections.
  
• Handle distributor onboarding, manage country-specific registrations/documentation, and provide post-sales support.
  
• Use CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales alignment.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years in international sales/export marketing.
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable with international travel.
