Coordinate for product development, approvals, and pre-production samples. Follow up on order confirmations, amendments, and shipment instructions. 2. Product Development & Costing Work closely with design and sampling teams to develop styles as per buyer’s brief. Prepare cost sheets, negotiate prices with buyers, and finalize orders. Track sample status and ensure on-time dispatch for buyer approvals. 3. Production Coordination Create time and action (T&A) plans for each order and monitor progress daily. Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure adherence to timelines. Follow up for fabric and trim in-house dates, production starts, and shipment readiness. Resolve bottlenecks or delays in collaboration with relevant departments. 4. Quality Assurance Ensure all production processes comply with buyer quality standards and testing requirements. Coordinate with QA/QC for inline and final inspections. Address any quality issues promptly and communicate resolutions to buyers. 5. Documentation & Shipment Coordinate with logistics for documentation, labeling, and packaging as per buyer specifications. Ensure timely booking of shipments and dispatch.
