Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insights to guide product positioning and promotional strategies.

• Digital Marketing Execution

• Manage SEO, SEM, and social media marketing efforts across global platforms.
• Optimize digital content for multilingual and multicultural audiences.

• Event & Outreach Coordination

• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Organize promotional events and recruitment drives in target regions.

• Agency & Partner Collaboration

• Coordinate with external PR agencies, media outlets, and local vendors.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced marketing initiatives.

• Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for senior management.
• Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI across regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in international marketing or global brand management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally and adapt to diverse business environments.
