This role involves strategic planning, market research, campaign execution, and relationship-building to drive international growth and visibility. Key Responsibilities: Global Campaign Development Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to international audiences. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure cultural relevance and brand consistency. Market Research & Analysis Conduct country-specific market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to guide product positioning and promotional strategies. Digital Marketing Execution Manage SEO, SEM, and social media marketing efforts across global platforms. Optimize digital content for multilingual and multicultural audiences. Event & Outreach Coordination Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences. Organize promotional events and recruitment drives in target regions. Agency & Partner Collaboration Coordinate with external PR agencies, media outlets, and local vendors. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced marketing initiatives. Reporting & Performance Tracking Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for senior management. Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI across regions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in international marketing or global brand management. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Excellent cross-cultural communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel internationally and adapt to diverse business environments. Preferred Attributes: Multilingual proficiency or experience working in multilingual markets.
