International Freight Sales Broker

Role Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator in our company, you will be responsible for outbound calling to clients to identify their logistics and shipping needs. You will source and negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers, book loads, and coordinate pickup and deliveries. Monitoring shipment progress to ensure timely and damage-free delivery will be a crucial part of your role. Maintaining strong communication with shippers, carriers, and dispatch teams is essential, along with building long-term business relationships to support client retention. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new logistics partners and drive revenue growth. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, load booking, shipment tracking & coordination, US market knowledge, documentation handling, excellent English communication, outbound calling, revenue & business growth focus, typing & email drafting skills, rate negotiation & quoting, CRM & load boards usage (DAT, Truckstop, etc.), supply chain coordination, shipment tracking & monitoring, and customer handling & client coordination.
