International Freight Sales Broker

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to clients to identify logistics/shipping needs
• Source & negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers
• Book loads and coordinate pickup & deliveries
• Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely & damage-free delivery
• Maintain strong communication with shippers, carriers & dispatch teams
• Build long-term business relationships & support client retention
• Assist in onboarding new logistics partners & drive revenue growth

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
• Strong convincing skills and relationship management
• Confident handling targets & fast-paced operations
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred (Freshers with great English can apply)
• Willingness to work the night shift
