As an International Carrier Sales professional at our Gurgaon location, you will be responsible for sourcing new carrier connects and routes with existing partners, setting up interconnects with new clients globally, and developing/maintaining strong business relationships with partners for our products and services. You will identify opportunities with Tier-I, Tier-II, and VOIP operators for strategic bi-lateral business relationships, manage assigned accounts with defined margin, revenue, and volume targets, and negotiate bilateral and hubbing deals with accounts to improve traffic/margin figures. Your role will also involve operational management of all telcos connects, sharing updates with the business team about UP & Running connects, and escalating carriers wherever there are issues. Additionally, you will build and manage new relationships commercially and operationally, conduct commercial negotiations with carrier partners regularly, optimize costs/margins through least cost routing, and work closely with other departments to enhance customers" experience for international SMS. To excel in this role, you should have 10-12 years of experience in Carrier sales, a post-graduate degree, excellent communication and presentation skills, industry preference in Telecom, and preferred product/sales experience in A2P messaging. You should possess excellent probing, listening, and presentation skills, a high level of business acumen, deep exposure, and understanding of at least 3 industry verticals. Role Summary We are looking for a proven Enterprise Hunter to drive new business acquisition across mid and large enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing — targeting use cases like customer engagement, authentication, and transactional messaging. Key Responsibilities Own and drive new business acquisition for SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and future products. Identify, engage, and convert target accounts in key verticals (BFSI, Retail, Travel, E-commerce, etc.). Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Marketing, IT, and Digital leaders.
