Job Description

You will be joining Binated as an International Customer Support Representative based in Pune. In this full-time on-site role, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your key duties will include effective communication with customers, resolving service issues promptly, and addressing customer concerns in a professional manner. The role will require you to work the US Shift, specifically the night shift, at the Aundh location in Pune. To excel in this position, you must possess strong customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills are essential to interact with customers effectively and resolve their queries efficiently. Previous experience in managing customer service concerns will be beneficial in this role. As the nature of the job demands working in a fast-paced environment, you should be comfortable with multitasking and handling various customer inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems will be advantageous, although not mandatory. Fluency in English is a must-have requirement to communicate proficiently with international customers and provide top-notch support services.,
