Job Description

We are hiring for a customer support voice role in an international process for a leading global retail brand. This role involves assisting international customers with their queries and providing resolutions via voice support. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions professionally over phone Resolve issues and provide accurate information Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards Requirements: 12th pass or Graduates with minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process Excellent communication in English Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekend offs (2 per week) Salary: ?20,000 to ?28,000 per month Cab Facility: 1-way transportation provided Interview Process: Walk-in with rounds including AMCAT, typing test, operations, and client interaction.
