Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Respond to customer queries related to products, services, orders, or accounts.
Provide real-time solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
Log interactions accurately in CRM tools or internal systems.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team or supervisor.
Meet defined service metrics such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company guidelines for data protection.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Any graduate (B.A, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, etc.).
Experience:
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in customer service/BPO.
Communication Skills:
Fluent spoken English with a neutral or global accent.
Good written English for documentation and basic email/chat interactions.

Required Skills:

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, internet usage).
Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.
