Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to address complex customer needs.
Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to processes or products.
Stay up to date with product changes and system updates.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, if needed.
