Location: Powai, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate
Freshers are welcome!
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Cab Facility: Available (Pick-up & Drop)

Transport Boundaries:
CST | Mira Road | Dombivli | Vashi

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls related to US & Canada healthcare queries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
