Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from US customers in a professional and courteous manner
Understand customer queries, concerns, and issues, and provide accurate resolutions
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines
Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction)
Work effectively in rotational 247 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
