**1. Domestic Non-Voice (Email & Chat Process)**

**Location:** Pocharam / Ranigunj

**Qualification:** **Graduate Only**

**Experience:**

1 Year Customer Support Experience for **Pocharam**

**Freshers Eligible** for **Ranigunj**

**Skills Required:**

V5 / V54 skill set

Good typing speed

Strong written communication skills

**Languages:** **English & Hindi (Mandatory)**

**Shift:** **Rotational Shifts**

**Working Days:** **6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off**

**Cab Facility:**

Pocharam **2-way cab within 35 KM**

Ranigunj – **No cab**

**Salary:**

**20,400 Take Home** for 1 Year Experience – Pocharam

**16,700 Take Home** for Freshers – Ranigunj

**2. Domestic Voice Process**

**Location:** **Hitech City**

**Qualification:* *Undergraduates / Graduates*

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Languages: Fluent Hindi & English

Shift:Day Shift

Working Days: 6 Working Days | 1 Rotational Week Off

Cab Facility: No Cab

Salary:

15,000 Take Home

2,000 Transport Allowance

Total Take Home: 17,000

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through *Email, Chat, and Voice* as per process requirement

Make outbound calls or attend inbound calls when required

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions

Investigate issues, research solutions, and resolve customer concerns

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

Maintain proper documentation and update customer records

Deliver professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer service
