Job Summary :

Customer Service Executives / Customer Support Associates / Sales Associates

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound voice calls and live chat support
for international customers
Provide end-to-end
customer support, query resolution, and issue handling
Perform
upselling and cross-selling
of products and services
Meet
CSAT, quality, sales, and productivity targets
Ensure high standards of
customer experience and compliance
Accurately document interactions in CRM systems

Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written)
North America Process / US Shift

Eligibility Criteria:

1 / 3 years experience
in
International BPO (Customer Service / Sales) Mandatory.
Strong
communication skills
for both voice and chat processes
Comfortable working in
Night Shifts / US Shifts / North America Time Zone
Male candidates
from
Indore, Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur
Immediate joiners preferred
(Notice period buyout / relieving letter considered)
