Job Title: International Voice Process Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
Work Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Transport: Both Side Cab Facility
Incentives: Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
~Handle inbound and customer calls for international clients.
~Provide timely and effective resolution to customer queries and complaints.
~Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and proactive support.
~Meet performance targets including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
~Excellent spoken English communication skills.
~Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
~Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Graduate Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
Shift: Must be open to rotational shifts and rotational offs.
Graduate Freshers having all the marsheet in hand and Immediate joiners preferred.
