Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative located in Noida. The International Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer support activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, addressing issues, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and ensuring high-quality customer service standards are met. Additionally, the role requires the representative to liaise with international clients and resolve any concerns promptly and effectively.
