About the Role:-

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting global customers, resolving their queries efficiently, and delivering an exceptional service experience over calls, chats, or emails.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.
• Document all interactions and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:-

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
• Ability to handle customers from diverse backgrounds with professionalism and empathy.
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment (till 12:30 AM).
• Positive attitude, quick learner, and problem-solving mindset.

Desired Skills & Experience:-

• Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in international BPO/customer service will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
