You will be responsible for assisting global customers, resolving their queries efficiently, and delivering an exceptional service experience over calls, chats, or emails. As an International Customer Service Executive, your key responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients. - Providing accurate information about products and services. - Resolving customer issues and queries promptly and professionally. - Maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting service quality standards. - Documenting all interactions and maintaining data accuracy. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory). - Strong interpersonal and listening abilities. - Ability to handle customers from diverse backgrounds with professionalism and empathy. - Comfortable working in a night shift environment (till 12:30 AM). - Positive attitude, quick learner, and problem-solving mindset. Desired Skills & Experience: - Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome. - Prior experience in international BPO/customer service will be an added advantage. - Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
