Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle global customers professionally through voice and chat processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats from international customers.
• Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and KPIs.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
