International Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Associate for a Blended International Process, your primary responsibility will be to interact with international customers in order to collect missing documents and ensure accurate processing as per defined guidelines. This role will require you to engage with customers through calls and emails, verifying, reviewing, and processing documents accurately while maintaining proper documentation records. It is essential to ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards, as well as coordinate with internal teams for smooth process completion. Key Responsibilities: - Contact international customers via calls and emails to collect missing documents - Verify, review, and process documents accurately - Update internal systems and maintain proper documentation records - Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process completion Qualification Required: - Any Graduation is Mandatory - Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) - Willingness to work in night shifts - Basic computer knowledge - Experience in International BPO / Blended Process is an added advantage - Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome Additional Details: The company offers a salary ranging from 17,000 to 22,000 per month for a 5-day work week with fixed Saturdays and Sundays off. Other benefits include pick-up and drop facility, commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work mode is office-based. Note: Job Types include Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Night Shift is required with Overnight Shift being preferred. The work location is in person at Infopark, Ernakulam, Kerala.
