Shift:

Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Handle multiple customer queries efficiently through chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize predefined workflows, scripts, and processes to address customer inquiries and complaints.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments while ensuring proper follow-up.
Maintain and update customer interaction logs accurately.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and quality standards for effective service delivery.
