Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Good written English communication skills are mandatory

Experience:

Fresher
or experience in BPO/chat support/customer service preferred.

Salary:

2.4LPA 3.4LPA CTC per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via live chat or email
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information in a timely manner
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing professional and quality service
Follow up with customers when necessary
Meet performance benchmarks and productivity targets

Key Skills Required:

Excellent written English communication
Typing speed of
30+ WPM
with good accuracy
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Customer-centric attitude
