Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining as an Outbound Sales Representative, responsible for being the initial point of contact for US customers. Your role will involve making a high volume of outbound calls, engaging prospects, qualifying basic interest, and transferring calls to the Appointment Setting Team in a warm manner. This is a fast-paced and target-driven environment where intensive training and daily coaching will be provided to help you become a top-performing opener quickly. Key Responsibilities: - Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based prospects daily - Utilize high-performance scripts, tonality, and objection handling techniques - Qualify prospects within the first 30-90 seconds of conversation - Warm transfer interested leads to Appointment Setters in real time - Maintain consistent calling speed, energy, and professionalism - Meet or exceed KPIs for call volume, qualified transfers, talk time, and conversion percentage - Accurately document call outcomes in the CRM - Participate in daily coaching, feedback sessions, and role-plays Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service (inbound/outbound), or inside sales - Strong English communication skills and confidence on the phone - Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, KPI-heavy environment - Thick skin and comfortable handling rejection repeatedly - Coachable, disciplined, and willing to apply feedback immediately - Ability to multitask and think fast during live calls Additional Details: The training provided is intensive, constructive, and daily, focusing on rapid skill development. You will be trained on various aspects such as US sales psychology, high-speed opener techniques, tonality & pitch control, objection handling, script mastery, and live scenario role-plays.
