Role Overview: AMOLI Organics is seeking a Manager / Sr Manager /AGM - International Marketing to join their team at the Head Office in Nariman Point, Mumbai. The primary focus of this role is to drive the expansion and growth plans of the API Business in international markets, particularly in the MENA and LATAM regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in International Business/Exports Division of Pharma companies with API experience and possess excellent rapport and contacts with clients in the target markets. Key Responsibilities: - Possess excellent rapport/contacts with Clients in the MENA OR LATAM Markets - Have 8-15 years of experience in International Business/Exports Division of Pharma companies with API Background - Ensure Optimum Customer Selection and Management for growing the company's business in Europe region - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the assigned region - Generate leads and maintain robust customer relationships to drive business growth - Achieve targets for the designated countries/region - Provide timely reporting and MIS to HOD - Conduct Market Intelligence and Competitor Mapping Qualifications Required: - BSc or B Pharma degree - Candidates with a post-graduation degree (e.g., MBA in Marketing/Sales/International Business) will be preferred AMOLI Organics, a division of UMEDICA Laboratories Pvt.
