Job Description

Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in global markets to increase sales and revenue.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Analyse business and technical requirements from clients to develop customized solutions that meet their needs.

Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Note:Fluent English is mustTeam Management & Team Handling is must (2+ Years)

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as an International Sales Manager with a track record of achieving sales targets and ability to handle a Team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English essential.
Experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills to manage a team of sales professionals.
Good presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for international business development and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
