Job Description

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for Increasing Sales in global markets. He or She will be responsible for the overall sales objectives, fine tunes & monitor the execution, and takes proactive initiatives to seize every opportunity to increase sales in accordance with company policies & strategies. Candidate should be a pharma graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar field with thorough knowledge of trends in Export trade from pharma trade lanes/countries into India

Responsibilities:

  • Studying the market in the target country/countries. Coordinate pre-sales and after-sales activities like all kinds of documentation
  • Identifying the markets for the provided countries for exports and developing new business accounts.
  • Implement different sales activities by researching the customers needs & requirements Handling all customer accounts - client interactions & their queries related to our business & product segments, building rapport & generate business from these accounts
  • To ensure that all sales activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, and sales & within the given time Respond to Online enquiries through India Mart and the companys website
  • To take initiatives and efforts to develop constructive & effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
  • negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets specially in pharmaceuticals
  • managing administration, such as orders, contracts, and export documents
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill the order.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Negotiating the sales terms & meeting the expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Excel
  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Successful previous experience (1-2 years) in International Sales of consistently meeting
  • Knowledge of the Sales Cycle and its basic requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

Excellent communication skills, cross-functional experience, and strong interpersonal skills
