Process: International Voice + Non-Voice (Chat + Email)

Responsibilities:

• Support international customers via calls, chat, and email
• Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a high CSAT score
• Document issues clearly and follow communication protocols
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve response quality & TAT
• Maintain performance benchmarks: AHT, Quality, FCR

Candidate Profile:

Excellent spoken & written English
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with good grammar
Ready for night shifts / rotational shifts
Willing to relocate to Jaipur (company support available)
Freshers or candidates with experience in:

• International BPO
• Voice Process / Non-Voice Process
• Chat / Email Support
• Customer Care / Tech Support

CTC: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on interview & process)
