Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in client communication, follow-ups, and conversion strategies. This role demands someone who can take complete ownership of client calls, stay confident under pressure, deliver quick rebuttals, and drive results through proactive engagement. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients. Take full ownership of the call—initiate, lead, and close conversations confidently. Perform thorough and timely follow-ups with clients to move leads through the sales pipeline. Handle client objections with confidence, provide quick and thoughtful rebuttals, and refocus conversations towards value and solutions. Maintain strong command and presence during all client interactions to build credibility and trust. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up status in CRM tools/portals.
