Job Title:

International BPO Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
international customer calls, chats, or emails
professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Meet performance targets such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills in English
+
Hindi
(neutral accent preferred).
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in
night shifts
and rotational offs.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Prior experience in an
international voice
(preferred)
