We are a leading staffing firm hiring International BPO Executives for one of our reputed clients in Malad West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to deliver high-quality service to international clients.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
Maintain a professional and courteous communication style at all times.
Meet performance targets for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Give correct information and solve customer questions quickly.
Always communicate politely and professionally.
Work together with your team to provide smooth customer support.
