As a BPO Chat Support Executive in Mohali (Punjab), you will be responsible for: - Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email - Providing accurate information and clear, timely solutions - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction in every interaction Qualifications: - Any graduate can apply - Freshers are welcome - Excellent written communication skills in English Please note that this is a third-party position through a staffing firm, and selected candidates will be deployed at the client's site.
