Title: BPO/Call Center Executive – Customer Support (Voice / Non-Voice / Chat)

We are hiring BPO/Call Center Executives for Customer Support & Customer Service in Voice, Non-Voice, and Chat processes.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Both graduates and undergraduates can apply.

Work Location: Mohali (Pb.)
Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night) | 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via Voice / Non-Voice / Chat processes
• Ensure excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Provide real-time customer service & support
• Assist digital team in BPO / Call Center campaigns
• Prepare & maintain reports in MS Excel / MS Office
• Work with a strong customer-centric attitude
