Job Description – BPO Executive (Voice Process)Position Title: BPO ExecutiveDepartment: OperationsLocation: bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound calls or respond to emails/chat depending on the process. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Achieve performance targets like customer satisfaction, call quality, and resolution time. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Requirements:Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0–2 years in a BPO or customer support role (freshers can apply). Good communication skills in [English / regional language as required]. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work in shifts (day/night) and on weekends/holidays as required. Preferred Skills:Prior experience in voice or non-voice BPO processes. Knowledge of CRM systems or ticketing tools. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
