International BPO Executive

We’re hiring International Customer Support Executives to join our dynamic team in Jaipur! This is your chance to work with global clients in a professional environment offering both Voice and Non-Voice (Chat/Email) processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via voice calls, email, or chat
• Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customers
• Maintain service quality as per company standards
• Log and track customer interactions in CRM systems
• Work in rotational shifts including night shifts
