Job Description

Customer Interaction:Make or receive calls/emails/chats from international customers regarding products, services, billing, or technical issues Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic tone with every interaction 🎯 Performance & Process:Meet or exceed assigned KPIs: first-call resolution, CSAT, AHT, and sales targets (if applicable) Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with company quality and data privacy standards 🌐 Teamwork & Support:Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved queries Participate in training and refresher sessions to stay updated on process changes Support a collaborative team culture and assist team members as needed
