Job Title:

Role Summary:

The Product Trainer delivers engaging training sessions to new hires and existing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, communication, and sales skills to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and manage training programs (new hire, refresher, soft skills, and sales).
  • Create and update training materials, job aids, and assessments.
  • Coach and support agents on the floor in real-time.
  • Identify knowledge gaps through TNA and performance analysis.
  • Maintain a repository of standard responses and resources.
  • Communicate updates and feedback to stakeholders and clients.
  • Participate in calibrations, business reviews, and reporting.
  • Track training impact and recommend improvement actions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year in training, coaching, or teaching
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Background in customer service or sales preferred
  • Experience in content writing or design is a plus
