Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven International Business Development Executive to lead global sales efforts for our event solutions at INOBAL.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard international clients, sponsors, and partners for our events
  • Pitch INOBAL’s events and value propositions to decision-makers in target industries
  • Drive revenue by selling sponsorships, exhibition space, delegate passes, and strategic collaborations
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients across the US, UK, UAE, South Africa, and beyond
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured outreach and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, content, marketing) for seamless client delivery
  • Track market trends, competitors, and industry movements to identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

· 6 months –4 years of experience in international sales, business development, or event sponsorship sales

· Strong communication and negotiation skills — verbal and written (English fluency required)

· Prior exposure to B2B events, conferences, or media sales is preferred

· Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and cold outreach methods

· Confident in pitching to C-level executives and decision-makers

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or remotely

· Ability to manage international time zones and follow structured reporting
