Position: Back Office Executive (Non-Voice Process) Location: Greater Noida, Tech Zone 4 (Work from Office) Year of Experience: 0-1 yr CTC: 23,000 Transport: Both Side Cab Facility Provided Working Days: 5 Days a Week Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs Shifts: Rotational Shifts (24/7) Roles and Responsibilities: Provide backend support to the team by handling data entry, processing, and documentation tasks. Assist in backend operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and procedures. Contribute to back office support functions, including backend process management. Maintain accuracy and efficiency in typing speed while performing data entry operations. Offer excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients. Desired Candidate Profile: Ability to work efficiently at a fast typing speed with high accuracy. Proficiency in data entry operation, backend support, and backend processing. Strong understanding of backend operations, customer service, and communication skills. 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or industry (back office).
