Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from international prospects
• Counsel students on suitable programs based on career goals and eligibility
• Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign effectiveness
• Provide timely feedback and market insights to improve offerings
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

Qualifications

• Graduate in any relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in international sales or student counseling
• Exposure to edtech or overseas education preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Proven track record in sales conversions
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
