(a) International Carrier Relations Manager Voice (2 positions)
(b) International Carrier Relations Manager A2P SMS (2 positions)
(c) International Carrier Relations Manager Virtual Numbers (2 positions)

Experience: 1 to 5 years experience in relevant Telecom sales (as per position applied for)
Education: B. Tech/ MBA (in Sales & Marketing)
The Carrier Relations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including
prospecting new clients, building relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This
role will involve working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and provide excellent
customer service.
Proven relevant experience in sales, preferably in the telecom industry
Strong communication and networking skills
Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Knowledge of Voice, OR A2P SMS, OR Virtual numbers sales
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and foster an environment of
excellence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends
Proficiency in CRM software
Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to
penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships.
Develop strong relationships with key accounts, understand their needs, and provide tailored
solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop
strategies to pursue them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with product development,
marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective solution delivery.
Negotiate and close deals: Utilize strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals that
meet or exceed sales targets.
Analyse sales performance: Track and analyse sales metrics, identify areas for improvement,
and implement changes to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
Proven sales track record: Experience in sales in telecommunications industry with strong
understanding of relevant field for the position applied for (Voice, A2P SMS or Virtual
Numbers)
Global sales experience: Should understand the business dynamics, trends, systems &
process intricacies regarding Virtual number business, and product features.
Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams, strong mentoring and
coaching skills.
Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify new business opportunities, and
develop effective sales plans.
