INTERNAL TRAINER ( MALE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs (onboarding, upskilling, product launches, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with company goals and messaging.
• Implement training strategies focused on B2B/B2C selling techniques, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, assessments, and feedback loops to ensure impact on sales performance.
• Facilitate role-playing, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions with team members to reinforce learning.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, competitor activity, and sales trends to integrate into training.
• Create and manage a sales training calendar and track completion and progress of trainees.
• Work with sales managers to identify performance gaps and develop tailored training solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales role, with 1-2 years in a sales training or sales enablement role.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
